Because flowers are perishable and many of our arrangements are made to order, our return and refund options differ from those typically offered for non-perishable goods. Nature of Our Products
Fresh flowers and bouquets are living, perishable products. They are typically prepared as close as practicable to the delivery or pickup date to ensure quality and freshness. Once delivered or picked up, flowers cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as they begin to age, wilt, and cannot be resold or reused. Custom arrangements are made to your specifications (including color preferences, flower types, and occasion) and are not suitable for resale to other customers. Quality Issues and Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive flowers that are significantly damaged in transit, not as described on our website or in your order confirmation, or incorrect (for example, wrong bouquet type, wrong delivery address fulfilled by us in error, or missing items that were part of your order), please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery or pickup. When you contact us, please provide your order number or order date, the name and contact information under which the order was placed, and a clear description of the issue. If possible, please also provide photographs of the product as received, including any damage or discrepancy. We will review each case on its merits and may offer a replacement delivery, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and to maintain the reputation of our floristry and bouquet design services. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues reported long after delivery (for example, more than several days later), as we are unable to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery and cannot distinguish natural aging from earlier defects.
Delivery Issues
If your order was not delivered within the agreed or stated time frame, or if the delivery was made to the wrong address due to an error on our part or that of our delivery personnel, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the issue and work with our delivery process to resolve it. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a redelivery at no additional charge, a partial refund, or a full refund. If the delivery failure or delay was due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, an inaccessible location (for example, a locked building with no access instructions), or because no one was available to receive the order after reasonable attempts, our ability to offer a full refund may be limited; we may still offer a partial refund or other accommodation at our discretion. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been prepared or for which we have not yet sourced the flowers may be eligible for a full refund. Once we have started preparing your bouquet or arrangement (including ordering or allocating flowers and materials), we may not be able to cancel without charge, as we will have already incurred costs for materials and labor. For same-day or next-day delivery orders, cancellation requests should be made at the earliest opportunity; we will confirm whether a cancellation is possible and any applicable refund amount based on the stage of order fulfillment. If we are unable to cancel the order in full, we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion. Non-Perishable Items
If we sell non-perishable items (such as vases, containers, gift cards, or other merchandise), different return rules may apply. Refunds for non-perishable items may be subject to a restocking fee or deduction for shipping costs as stated at the time of purchase. We also do not offer refunds for minor cosmetic differences that do not affect the overall quality or usability of the arrangement. Our return and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law where you are located; those rights remain unchanged and may provide you with additional protections depending on your jurisdiction. Disputes and Chargebacks
